LANDFILL SOLAR PV ARRAY UPDATE

1) Vineyard Power has met with the Massachusetts Department of Environment Protection (DEP) to go over the capped landfill post-closure permit. We hope to file our submission to the DEP by January 16, 2012.

2) Vineyard Power met with Aquinnah Planning board on December 13, 2011 and received a permit to build on January 9, 2012

3) We will be meeting with the Aquinnah Conservation Commission on January 17, 2012.

4) The Aquinnah Board of Heath has approved the project.

5) The site has been marked with flags.

6) Vineyard Power purchased approximately 10% of the projects equipment in December 2011.
