Aquinnah Pre-Town Town Meeting

As you all know the Covidvirus pandemic has presented each of us with a myriad of problems. The Aquinnah Select Board is no exception. In an effort to conduct Town business the Annual Town Meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 23 in the parking lot in front of the Fire Station. We recognize that this is far from an ideal situation for any of us. In an effort to better inform residents and voters we will hold a pre-Town meeting information by Zoom on the evening of June 16 to allow those voters who may not otherwise be able to attend the afternoon meeting to ask questions on proposed warrant articles and the budget. You will find the Annual Town Meeting Warrant posted on the website at www.Aquinnah-ma.gov  The proposed budget will be posted by the Town Accountant on the website later this week.

Please review the warrant and the budget at your leisure. I will provide information on the Zoom meeting in a subsequent email. Enjoy the sunshine!
