Meeting of the Aquinnah Conservation Committee

AQUINNAH CONSERVATION COMMISSION

On May 18, 2021 at 4 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah Town Hall under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Aquinnah Wetland Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Lawrence Martin to construct a deck approximately 9’ by 24’ on the east side of an existing dwelling within the coastal district and within the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.

On May 18, 2021 at 4:20 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah Town Hall under the Aquinnah Wetland Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Dennis Thulin for the upgrade of an existing septic system within the 200 ft buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.
