COVID-19 Update - April 20, 2020

Aquinnah Residents,

This afternoon the Select Board was informed of the first Aquinnah resident to test positive for the COVID virus. The person involved is quarantining at home after receiving confirmation of their infection.  Join us in prayer for a speedy recovery for our neighbor.  Our Board of Health is following Island-wide protocols to manage confirmed cases.   

While there is no need to panic, it is a reminder that we are not immune from infection.  We urge you to please continue to stay at home, practice personal distancing if you have to go outside and wear your masks to prevent spread  of infection.
