- Public Hearing: The Aquinnah Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. at the Aquinnah Town Offices and online via a ZOOM Virtual Meeting to act upon a Comprehensive Permit submitted by Island Housing Trust (Applicant) for permits required for a variance of Sections 3.2, 3.3, and 3.7-1 of the Aquinnah Zoning By-Law for the development/construction of affordable rental housing at 939 State Road in Aquinnah, MA being a portion of Assessor’s Map 5, Lot 170.2.
Site visit will be on Friday September16, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
