The Cliff Lot will be open and begin charging to park starting June 15th, 2021.

Access to Philbin Beach requires either a parking permit or a walk-on pass beginning Monday June 15th, 2021.

Parking is on a first come/first served basis. Cars with a Philbin permit or a walk-on pass are allowed to drop off people or beach gear either in the lot or at the top of the driveway. If the Lot is full, permit holders may go the Municipal Lot, show permit and park. Anyone walking in from the road must show the attendant a pass.

Philbin Beach Passes: The Town will continue to require masks be worn when leaving your car until you reach the beach.

Homeowners or residents of Aquinnah may purchase a seasonal parking permit and/or walk-on pass. Limitations apply and are listed on the application. If you rent on a short-term basis, you or your tenants may purchase a parking permit or walk-on pass for the length of the stay. Proof of a rental agreement with confirmation dates is required. See application for details.

Residents or renters who don’t need a parking permit may purchase a walk-on pass. Walk-on passes do not limit the number of people who may access the beach with that pass at any one time. See application for details.

Resident Parking Permits: The Town will continue to require masks be worn when leaving your car until you reach the beach

ONE Resident Parking Permit can be issued to ONE household and will allow holders of the permit to park in restricted spaces identified at Lobsterville Beach, West Basin, Red Beach, Herring Creek and around the circle at the Cliffs. One additional pass is available for $100.00 for an accessory building (guest house, garage apartment) or unless a Lessee can provide an executed year-round lease.

Applications are available on the Town website and can be downloaded and completed before you come. Applications cannot be mailed in and only Credit Card payment will be accepted.
