Aquinnah Event Venues

Aquinnah Vanderhoop Homestead / Aquinnah Cultural Center 

Located within the Aquinnah Circle is the historic Vanderhoop Homestead, dating back to as early as 1850, which also houses the Aquinnah Cultural Center. While the Cultural Center and building are not available for event use, the grounds and stone terrace are. Like the Lighthouse, the Cultural Center and grounds overlook the beautiful clay cliffs and are within walking distance to restaurants, shops and Moshup Beach (public beach). Grounds can accommodate a tent up to 100ft x 60ft. Water, electricity, and parking available. Gay Head Lighthouse & Park 

Historic Lighthouse is located within the Aquinnah Circle and overlooks the picturesque Gay Head Cliffs. The Lighthouse and Park is within walking distance to restaurants, shops and a public beach. Gay Head Town Hall 

Consider renting the Gay Head Town Hall for your next event.  This historic building which was built in 1929, was the original town hall in Aquinnah (called Gay Head before the name was changed in 1997.)  There is a full commercial kitchen and a stage.  The room measures 40’ x 40’ and is the perfect space for: Meetings, Classes, Weddings, Parties, Craft Fairs And any type of performance.
