1. Meeting Notes.  Approval of the meeting notes of the meeting on September 2, 2025 (attached).

1. Climate Leaders -- Green Communities 2.0.   DOER has announced that Climate Leader Community designations will be announced shortly.  DOER ha invited us to apply for a technical assistance grant to help prepare an application for a possible $1 million acceleration grant if we are designated.  We will discuss requesting a technical assistance grant to help us prepare an application for a grant to prepare and install a microgrid for the town buildings. 

1. Land Use Initiative.  Versions of the model bylaw prepared by the Climate Action Plan subcommittee has been presented to Oak Bluffs and Tisbury officials.  We will discuss the reception to the proposal in those towns and a timetable for presenting a possible bylaw to our Planning Board.

1. MVP 2.0 Program.  We may have an update on the Martha’s Vineyard Commission’s work with DOER to help the six island towns to apply together to qualify for the new iteration of the MVP program, called MVP 2.0.  The Select Board has approved Hilary Dreyer to serve as our representative on the committee to move forward on this.

1. Leaf Blower Bylaw.  We will further discuss a possible proposal that Aquinnah join the other island towns in adopting a bylaw to regulate the use of gas-powered leaf blowers.
