On October 14, 2025 at 4 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah town offices under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Aquinnah Wetlands/Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Notice of Intent filed by Stig Leschly to install and maintain an asphalt curb cut, dirt driveway, parking area and to upgrade an existing septic system within the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.

On January 13, 2026 at 4:20 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah town offices under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Aquinnah Wetlands Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Notice of Intent filed by Gilman Anderson and Winifred Amaturo, Trustees, to remove an existing dwelling and to construct and maintain a new main dwelling, ADU, septic tie-in and associated landscaping within the coastal resource area and the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.

On March 17, 2026 at 4:30 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah town offices under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Aquinnah Wetlands Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Notice of Intent filed by Stig Leschly to renovate a single family dwelling primarily on the footprint of the existing structure within the coastal district and the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.
