AQUINNAH CONSERVATION COMMISSION MEETING
On September 12, 2023 at 4:15 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah town offices under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Aquinnah Wetlands/Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Notice of Intent filed by Matthew Litchenberg and Leonard Blum, Trustees, for the removal and reconstruction of a foundation below an existing house within the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland and coastal bank.

On September 12, 2023 at 4:30 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah town offices under the Aquinnah Wetlands/Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by the Aquinnah Wampanoag Tribal Housing Authority for the construction of a Duplex residence within the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.

On September 12, 2023 at 4:45 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah town offices under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Aquinnah Wetlands/Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Brett-Smith Realty Trust for the upgrade of a cesspool to a current title V septic system, a new well, and related site work within the buffer zone of a bordering vegetate wetland.

On Sept. 12, 2023 at 4pm, a continuation of a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah town offices under the mass. WPA and the Aquinnah wetlands bylaw to act on a notice of intent filed by Ann Leonard for the construction of a new dwelling and associated site work within the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland and riverfront area.
On Sept. 12, 2023 at 4:20pm, a continuation of a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah town offices under the Mass WPA and the Aquinnah wetlands bylaw to act on a notice of intent filed by Joan Wallen for the construction of a new dwelling and associated site work within the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.
