AQUINNAH CONSERVATION COMMISSION

 

On October 24, 2023 at 4 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah town offices under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Aquinnah Wetland/Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Notice of Intent filed by Nancy Klion for the replacement of an existing culvert, installation of electrical conduit, drilling of a well, and driveway reconstruction within the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland including the proposed alteration of 150 ft of a wetland resource area,

AQUINNAH CONSERVATION COMMISSION

 

On October 24, 2023 at 4:15 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah town offices under the Town of Aquinnah Wetland/Resource Bylaw to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Nancy Klion for the construction of a single family dwelling, garage, studio, and associated site work including driveway, parking area, septic system, and underground utilities within the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.
