AQUINNAH CONSERVATION COMMISSION (ACC) MINUTES

February 17, 2026

Members Present: Steve Yaffe, Kathy Newman, Sarah Thulin  Absent: Jay Bodnar, Mitzi Pratt

Meeting opened at 4 PM

ACC chose March 17, 2026, at 4 PM for our next ACC meeting.

Motion made and seconded to approve the minutes of January 13, 2026, meeting. Motion passed unanimously.

Opened hearing for Amaturo, 3 Oxcart Road, at 4:05 PM.  Applicant requested a continuation of the hearing to our next ACC meeting. Motion and second to continue the hearing to March 17, 2026, at 4 PM. Motion passed unanimously.

Opened hearing for Leschly, 488 & 494 Lighthouse Road, at 4:15 PM.  Applicant requested a continuation of the hearing to our next ACC meeting. Motion and second to continue the hearing to March 17, 2026, at 4:15 PM.  Motion passed unanimously.

Motion and second to adjourn meeting at 4:25 PM. Motion carried.
