AQUINNAH CONSERVATION COMMISSION MEETING

On April 11, 2023 at 4 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah town offices under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Aquinnah Wetlands/Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Notice of Intent filed by Seth Woods for the construction and maintenance of a garage addition, septic system tie-in, utilities and associated landscaping within the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.

On April 11, 2023 at 4:15 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah town offices under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Aquinnah Wetlands/Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Jay Gould and Brook Gassner for the construction of two parking areas, alterations and additions to existing decks and stairs, and associated landscaping within the buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetlands.
