AQUINNAH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
On August 31, 2021 at 4 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah Town Hall under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Aquinnah Wetland Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Patrick and Katherine Sherbrooke to construct a single story addition and to enclose a balcony deck on an existing dwelling within the coastal district and the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.

On August 31, 2021 at 4:15 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah Town Hall under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act and the Aquinnah Wetland Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Notice of Intent filed by 5 Old South Road LLC for the removal of an existing dwelling and the construction of a new dwelling, terrace, deck, driveway and associated landscaping within the buffer zone of a bordering vegetated wetland.
