AQUINNAH CONSERVATION COMMISSION
On March 22, 2022 at 4 PM a public hearing will be held in the Aquinnah town offices under the Town of Aquinnah Wetland Water Resource Bylaw to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Kevin Shea and Molly Carey for the construction of a dwelling, garage, parking area and associated utilities within the buffer zone of an isolated wetland.
