Parsonage Apartments Rent-Up and Application
The Dukes County Regional Housing Authority, on behalf of the Community Baptist Church of Gay Head, owner and developer of the Parsonage Apartments, is pleased to offer application for a 1-bedroom apartment and a 3-bedroom apartment, to households at a range of incomes,
with first preference for members of the Wampanoag Tribe of Gay Head (Aquinnah) living on Martha’s Vineyard.
The Parsonage Apartments will rent at the following figures depending on the selected qualified household incomes as a percentage of Area Median Income (AMI). Rental rates include utilities.
One-bedroom @ 80% AMI, $1,563; one-bedroom @ 100% AMI, $2,251; one-bedroom @ 120% AMI, $2,345
Three-bedroom @ 80% AMI, $2,167; three-bedroom @ 100% AMI, $3,122; three-bedroom @ 120% AMI, $3,250

Income-qualified applicants will be selected by a lottery determining the order of final review and offer.
