  1. Update on floor plan developments for Police Department and Town Offices.
  2. Report on civil engineer’s site visit (see attached for Town Hall and Circle).
    1. Recommendation to have Wetland Scientist locate and flag to establish 100’ setback.
    2. Next phase test recommendations – test pits and percolation.
    3. State Road vehicular entrance discussion.
  3. Building Envelope/Architecture.
    1. Thermal and Air-tightness approach.
    2. Windows – material, operation, appearance, etc.
    3. Addition roof profile studies/options.
      1. Quantity of future PV panels/electric load offset.
      2. Roof volume (cross-section).
  4. Next Steps.
    1. Schematic Design submission to Cost Estimator.
    2. Schedule.
