The Aquinnah Planning Board Plan Review Committee will hold a Public Hearing at the Aquinnah Town Offices and via Zoom on Wednesday November 12, 2025, at 6:40PM to act upon a request from Julianne Vanderhoop of 682 State Road Map 8 Lot 30 under sections 2.2-1E and 2.2-2 of the Aquinnah Zoning Bylaws for a Special Permit exception for an existing home operated business located within the Aquinnah DCPC and Island Roads District.

The Aquinnah Planning Board Plan Review Committee will hold a Public Hearing at the Aquinnah Town Offices and via Zoom on Wednesday January 28, 2026, at 6:40PM to act upon a request from Gilman Jerome Anderson and Winifred Louisa Amaturo of 3 Oxcart Road Map 4 Lot 34 under sections 3.4-2, 3.6-3, 3.9-1-A, 10.1-4-E, 10.2-1 & A, 10.2-4, 13.4-1-A and 13.4-11 of the Aquinnah Zoning Bylaws for the removal of a preexisting non-conforming dwelling and construction of a new dwelling, septic tie-in, utilities, parking area and associated landscaping on a lot located within the Flood Plain Zone and Coastal DCPC.
