1. 122 Lighthouse Rd, parcel 6-57, PUBLIC HEARING to discuss the granting of variances on behalf of Harold and Loretta Joelle Wolozin to construct a septic system upgrade. Copies of the application and plan are on file with the AqBOH: (508) 645- 2309.

2. 11 Old Man Mingo Rd, parcel 5-61, to review updated plans for a previously approved new septic construction and house footprint on behalf of Jeffrey Madison. 

3. East Pasture Way, parcel 8-112, to determine if a variance is required for proposed new septic construction on behalf of Chilmark Associates. 

4. 61 Moshup Trail, parcel 10-29.3, to discuss approval of demolition of existing house on behalf of Alex Sherman. 

5. review FEMA funds for community-based test site and ability to purchase more test kits. 

6. review Aquinnah's job site safety guidelines

7. review shared-cost services specifically MV Tick Program and Cytobacteria Pond Research
