6:40 Public Hearing: The Town of Aquinnah within the Moshup Trail Right of Way

The Aquinnah Planning Board Plan Review Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday February 8th, 2022 at 6:40pm online via a ZOOM Virtual Meeting to act upon a request for a Special Permit from The Town of Aquinnah within the Moshup Trail Right of Way under sections 11.8-1 and 13.10-2 of the Aquinnah Zoning Bylaws to selctivily clear and mow fifteen (15) oceanside segments within the Moshup Trail right of way to increase ocenside vistas withtin the Moshup Trail DCPC.

 

7:10 Public Hearing: Island Housing Trust (applicant) of 939 State Road Map 5 Lot 170.2

The Aquinnah Planning Board Plan Review Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday February 8th, 2022 at 7:10pm online via a ZOOM Virtual Meeting to act upon a request for a Special Permit from Island Housing Trust (applicant) of 939 State Road Map 5 Lot 170.2 under sections 3.2-1, 3.3-4(A and D), 3.3-6, 3.7, 3.9, 13.4-1, 13.4-7 and 13.4-10 of the Aquinnah Zoning Bylaws to site and construct two affordable duplexes each consisting of one 2-bedroom apartment and one 1-bedroom apartment where total footprint on the lot will exceed 2,000sf.
